The observant amongst you will probably, by a process of deduction, work out that O’Death aren’t the most fluffy band playing at Concrete and Glass. The New Yorkers amalgamate dirty country with wailing shanties, hillbilly stomping and a dose of black humour, bringing to mind Tom Waits at his most evil, or Neil Young if he’d been the main character in the Book of Job. The Book of Neil Young doesn’t have quite the same ring.
